General 08.v.x.x Updates:

10/1/08:

• I have finally started work on a design for the '08 250R.
• I know I don't have much to show right now, but I have put together a mock-up and test fit it. The fit is good.
• I also did a 50% prototype. This is only a prototype of the inner tube assembly. I test fit this also. The fit is great. Since this fits and the mock-up is good, I feel good about the design.
• I would like to go ahead and offer this one for sale! But I am asking for some help finishing the support bracket.
  I wasn't able to get that fit with a finished exhaust. But the bracket is close. If anyone wants to try it and tell me what needs to be changed. I will glady offer something in return for the help.

Current Revision: 08.v.1.0

After finally getting my hands on a stock exhaust can for the 250R, I was able to design something. The only drawback...it's not my bike. Or even a friends bike. It's a girlfriend of a friend. The have since split. So, unfortunately, I can't offer up any more installed pics or anything. But I do know the 50% prototype fit, so I feel good about the design.
