Here is the newest product from PineboxOnline! The Pinebox Link Pipe for the 09/10 Kawasaki ZX6R!
What makes this different from the other link pipes out there....price! But, the quality will be up to my normal build standards.
The Pinebox Link Pipe has an option for all of the mounting tabs, not just the main hanger bracket!
The Pinebox Link Pipe will use the stock gaskets on both ends! So, if your XYZ slip-on fits the stock gasket, my link pipe will work with it.

7/28/10:
First production pipe installed!!

I just installed Dave's link pipe with tabs (for the blk covers) on my 09 ZX6R. I have the Yosh RS-4 and now with the link pipe the Yosh is a bit louder. Took it out for a ride and my butt dyno says the link pipe added maybe 1 or 2 HP on top but it added more to the low and mid range. Dave's pipe was a perfect fit and included some very professional instructions.

7/19/10:
I did get all of the tabs ready to go, and all of the tubing materials are cut. I just need to get the one end expanded and it's all ready for final assembly.
With all of the parts and pieces cut and ready, I was able to get a weight of the my new link pipe and compare it to the stock pipe.
Stock pipe: 5.3 pounds
PB.09LK.A: ~1.9 pounds, saving ~3.4 pounds!
PB.09LK.B: ~1.6 pounds, saving ~3.7 pounds! not including the stock covers you can't re-use.

I haven't had much to update so far. I am still waiting on the tab material to get here. I got word from the waterjet shop and I do expect everything this week.
The tubing material is here and waiting.
I have been asked for a weight comparison of my link pipe (with all tabs) vs. the stock pipe. I will get his and post it as soon as I finish the first production pipe.

!*NOW AVAILABLE*!
I have limited the intial release to (10) pipes. Let's see how quickly they go. Then I should be able to lift the order limit.
All link pipe orders are processed in the order they are received. There will be no batch fabrication, similar to my exhausts.
You can order anytime, depending on material on hand, your pipe should ship within 7-14 days of your order.

I had only (3) people take advantage of the early deposit discount. Those pipes will get top prioriy and ship as soon as I have material to build them.
Materials for the production pipes are on order and I will have more pics soon!

Getting closer to being finished....

All of the tabs are laid out and test fit. I need to make few small changes here and there, but other than that, it's good.
I'm just waiting on a price from the waterjet shop for all of the tab parts and I can release a final price!

•The stainless tubing material is here. I do need to pick up the square tubing to build the jig later today.
I'm not sure how much I will get done this weekend, because I have a batch of exhausts that needs my attention. But we'll see what happens.
