The 07.FE.v.4.0 kits will include:
LED strip, bracket, dual intensity circuit, instructions, all necessary wiring and no-cut wire taps.
The 07.FE.v.5.0 kits will include:
The 07.FE.v.4.0 kit along with a license plate bracket with LED plate light. This will bolt to the bottom of the STOCK or other after market exhaust*.
The 07.FE.v.4.1 kits will include:

*Please let me know if you are going to use the kit with a stock or aftermarket exhaust. This way I know to include the offset brackets for some after market exhausts.
I have not been able to verify this will work with EVERY after market exhaust. But so far, it has worked with Akra and Yoshi. If your after market exhaust has provisions for the stock fender assembly, the 5.0/5.1 license plate bracket will work.
