Pinebox "Race" Headers
Why spend the big bucks for a full exhaust from the big names?? Save a few and get very similar gains. I would, conservatively, estimate gains of 2-8 whp with this header swap! Even more with an aftermarket slip-on exhaust, like mine, and a custom PC3 tune!

All modified headers are sold/modifed for OFF ROAD (RACE) USE ONLY and should not be installed on pollution controlled vehicles.
I remove the cat' and replace it with a hand built 2-1 collector and tubing.
Both styles of headers use the stock mid-pipe, in the stock locaton. These headers will work with any aftermarket slip-on exhaust.
There will be a $100 deposit ($50 refundable, if you cancel) to get your order on the schedule. Once the header is done, the remaining balance, shipping and the core charge will need to be paid. Then after I get a good header (core) back from you, I will refund the core charge.
The finished header will get a coat of high temp paint on the new section only (see pics above). DEI heat wrap can be added at an additional cost.
All of these headers are modified stock headers that are returned as cores. So the header you get from me will be in different condition from your original. If you want YOUR header modified, let's work something out.

You can estimate shipping... 22" x 22" x 14" @ 14 pounds from my ZIP of 84075 + $5.00 packaging/hanlding.
Just remember, the core charge is refundable after I get your header back and inspect it. It needs to be in good shape so I can use it for this modification for the next order. So, when everything is said and done, it will cost you $200+shipping.

This depends on what I have in my shop. If I have a header to modify, it will be 1-2 weeks after an order (deposit) is received.
If I don't have a header, it will be a bit longer. It's difficult to say how long.
All orders are done in the order in which they are received.
Please keep in mind all orders are on a core return policy. Orders may be delayed if headers (cores) are not returned in a timely fashion. I have no control over the customer returning the header quickly.

The core charge is to cover the cost of the header I purchased. Just in case I don't get yours back.
- STOCK (OEM), un-modified.
- In good shape with no cracks or dents.
- Useable for the next order.
Other Core Conditions... - All headers are subject to my inspection and approval. I must be able to use your returned header for this modification for another order.
- If the returned header can not be used (or repaired) the core will not be refunded.
- If the returned header has been modified, in anyway, the core will not be refunded.
- Any repairs will be deducted from your core refund @ $40/HR to complete the repairs.
- Your header must be shipped back within (10) calander days of it being delivered to you. This does not mean I have to receive it within (10) days, you just have to ship it within (10) days. This is to keep the wait time for the others to a minimum. For every day after the 10th day, $10 will be deducted from your refundable core.
Example...Core shipped back after 12 days....$100 Core - $20 ($10 per day) = $80 Core refund. 20+ days = $0 Core refund. - Core will be sent via PayPal. Please provide a valid email/PayPal address. If a Money Order is requested, USPS Priority Mail shipping costs will be deducted (~$5 to US 48 states).
