Order Terms and Conditions
By placing an order with PinboxOnline.com you agree to the following terms an conditins.
Full Payment / Deposit
Deposits or full payments are now due at the time of ordering. Anyone on the waiting list must make at least a deposit within (15) days to remain on the list.
When you place your order, you will be added to the waiting list. I work through the waiting list in fabrication batches of (5) or (6) exhausts.
A minimum of a deposit (amount varies) is required to get you on the waiting list. If you only make a deposit, you will be included as I work through the list. I will contact you when you have become part of a fabrication batch. The remaining balance must be paid before your exhaust ships to you.
Each fabrication batch, currently, takes approximately 6-8 weeks to complete. This time includes ordering materials, fabrication and ceramic coating. I do all I can to maintain that timeline. But there are circumstances beyond my control that can affect that. I will always let everyone know if a delay occurs, by posting on my Updates page.
Shipping time is in addition to the time above. It is only an estimate, I am not responsible for shipping times.
Cancellation / Refund
Conditions for cancellation/refunds (but not limited to).
Condition 1:
- You cancel your order any time after making your full payment or deposit.
- Before you are part of a fabrication batch.
Refund: Full payment (including shipping charges), or deposit, less a $40.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellation fees cover processing and order tracking.
- You cancel your order any time after making your full payment or deposit.
- You are a part of a fabrication batch.
- I have not completed fabrication on your exhaust.
Refund: Full payment (including shipping charges), or deposit, less a $75.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellation fees cover processing, order tracking, restocking materials and time spent setting up your exhaust.
- You cancel your order any time after making a full payment or deposit.
- You are part of a fabrication batch.
- I have completed your exhaust. (fabrication & coating)
Refund: Full payment (including shipping charges), less a $100.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellation fees cover processing, order tracking, restocking materials and time spent setting up, fabricating, and coating your exhaust.
- You place an order making only a deposit.
- You are part of a fabrication batch.
- I have completed your exhaust. (fabrication & coating)
- No response to requests for remaining balance.
(I will make 3-5 attempts to contact you for up to 15 days after my first attempt.) - I am forced to cancel your order due to no response.
Refund: Full deposit, less a $100.00 cancellation fee. No exceptions.
Cancellation fees cover processing, order tracking, restocking materials and time spent setting up, fabricating, and coating your exhaust.
All refunds will be returned via. the original method of payment or deposit.
(ex. credit card back to same credit card, PayPal back to PayPal) No exceptions.

Now here's my reasoning behind the new policy.
Build exhausts faster! Less wait time for you!
It will also help to decrease time between batches. The money for the next batch has already been paid. No more waiting weeks to get the spots filled. I am always working on ways to speed things along. I feel this will help out a lot. I hope to have a batch of exhausts down to 4-6 weeks or less. If the waiting list gets to be too long, I will close ordering until I get caught up.
