9/27/11:

I need a good smack for not keeping this page updated.
But this update is a good one! The 21st batch is finished! The outer tubes are at the coating shop and I do expect them back any day.
I had sent out invoices showing any remaining balances, about 2-3 weeks ago. Please take care of those as soon as you can.

22nd Batch...Materials are here and fabrication has already started!
I know I missed my estimated ship date. But, I am doing all I can to get these done as quickly as I can and still keep my wife & kids mostly happy with me. :)

8/25/11:

Quick update...
Inner tubes are about 70%
Outer tubes are about 50%
Getting close.

8/9/11:

Didn't get all the time I wanted this past weekend. My "honey-do" list was a bit more than expected. lol
But, I did still make a little progress:
Inner tubes are about 60%
Outer tubes are about 40%

8/1/11:

I'm slacking on updates again, sorry guys.
Here is where we are:

Fabricaion has started! I will do all I can to get finished as quick as possible. Here is where things are...

I have had a few order cancels in the past week or so which has adjusted the batch list. Check out the Batch Details page to see which batch you are in.

6/20/11:

Fabrication is complete!
Everything that needs to be coated is at the coating shop! I hope to have everything back by the end of the week.

21st Batch...
Fabrication will begin right away!

All that remains is final assembly! That will happen this week and the outer tubes will be to the coating shop by the end of the week. Finally.
I am glad you guys have stuck with me while everything has been going on. I do appreciate that. Thank you.

21st Batch...
All materials are here and ready. As soon as I finsih up the 20th batch final assembly, I will get going on this batch. I don't think I'll be able to make June shipping as I had estimated on the Batch Details page. But, it won't be much into July before everthing is ready to go.

6/2/11:

Here is how things have progressed since the last update. I am hoping to have everything wrapped up and the outer tubes to the coating shop sometime next week.

I'm sure you guys are watching, wonder how everything will affect you.
I have ordered and received all of the tubing materials. I am only waiting on the parts from the waterjet shop. I would think they will be here soon.
This way, there will be no delay waiting for materials. As soon as I finsih up teh 20th batch, I will get right on the 21st.

5/16/11:

Ok, after a long weekend of work, here is where things are:
03's:
Inner tubes are about 35%
Outer tubes are about 25%
07's:
Inner tubes are about 75%
Outer tubes are about 25%

I really wish I was farther along. But, it is what it is. I will be working all I can to minimize the delay.

5/9/11:

It's been way to long without an update. But here is how things are going...
Very, very slow. I had a bit of a rough April. I had family in and out of the hospital. Unfortunately, it has pushed things back a bit more than I had anticipatied. I will be doing all I can to get back on track and getting things done just as quickly as possible.

I apologize to everyone that has been waiting on me.

3/15/11:

19th Batch...
Everything is ready to go.
Except of (2) exhausts. I need to add some stock fender brackets to one, and have the tubes re-coated. Some how I missed adding them. Not sure how/why because it was on my information to add them and they got missed.
The other, the coating on one of the outer tubes is messed up. It's like the coating didn't stick. It will have to be re-coated.
So, shipping those (2) exhausts will be delayed. But I will get them shipped as soon as possible.

20th Batch...
All materials are on order and should be here soon!

2/28/11:

19th Batch...
Fabrication is complete! Everything that needs coating will be dropped of today.

20th Batch...
Yes, it's here! Materials will be ordered later this week and fabrication will begin soon.
For those orders made with a deposit, watch your inbox for an invoice showing your remaining balance. Any remaning balance is due anytime before your exhaust will ship to you. I always recommend the sooner the better, that way it's all done and taken care of.

2/22/11:

Mid-Pipes are 100%
Inner tubes are about 85%

One more day of fabrication and everything should be finished up.

First update of the year!
18th Batch...
I was hoping to have the outer tubes picked up from the coating shop today. But they will won't be ready until tomorrow. But, becuase of some personal plans, I can't get them picked up until Thursday.
I will see what I can do to get a few assembled and shipped on Friday. If not, everything should be shipping on Monday!

This batch is an exciting one! This batch includes the first production exhausts for the 05/06 Honda CBR 600RR's!

There will be little to no progress this week or this coming weekend, it's Christmas.
But I do have next week off and the plan (as of today) is to get this batch finished and all of the tubes to the coating shop by the 30th.

I didn't get as much time in the shop as I wanted, this weekend. But still made some progress.

I spent this weekend focusing on the 03 exhausts. Figured I had better get those caught up with the 07's. I broke up the progress so here it is.

Not quite as much progress as I was hoping for, but overall I did get a lot done.

The coating issue was taken care of quickly and the last 17th batch exhaust will ship today.

18th Batch...
Not as far along as I want, due to a rough October. But fabrication is moving along...
Inner tubes are 15% done.
Outer tubes are 0% done.

11/8/10:

17th Batch...
Shipping the first few exhausts today!
There is a bit of an issue with the "PA" coating. There is a film on it that I can't clean off. I will be contacting the coating shop to get this fixed. I will rush them all I can to get this taken care of.

11/1/10:

17th Batch...
I picked up the coated outer tubes today! The completed exhausts will start shipping later this week. Check the Batch Details page for tracking info.

18th Batch...
Fabrication has begun. I will post more soon!

10/19/10:

My apologies for not keeping this updated as I should. I have had a few personal issues that needed my attention. But all that is done.
How about a good update??

17th Batch Fabrication is Complete!
All of the outer tubes are going to the coaters today! I would think I'd have them back early next week.

Now for the 18th Batch...
Because the batch has been full for a bit now, I did order all the materials needed and everything is here.
Everyone is paid in full, so that's great!
Fabrication will begin right away.

9/27/10:

Not quite as far along as I wanted to be, but I should be finishing very, very soon.
Inner tubes are 85% done.
Outer tubes are 90% done.

9/13/10:

Ok, here is where we are...
Inner tubes are 75% done.
Outer tubes are 20% done.

9/8/10:

Worked a bit over the long weekend, trying to make up for material delays.
Inner tubes are 40% done.
Outer tubes are 10% done.
It looks like I'll be able to finish up later this month!

8/23/10:

Progress has been a little slower than I would like during August. Material delays, family plans just didn't help.
But, everything should be back on track now and full speed ahead to finish mid Sept.

8/2/10:

17th Batch...
Materials are starting to arrive. Fabrication will start very soon!

7/19/10:

16th Batch...
All raw exhausts have shipped. I'm still waiting on the coated outer tubes to be finsihed. But I would hope to get them back this week.

17th Batch...
Invoices have been sent.
Materials have been ordered!

7/6/10:

16th Batch Fabrication is complete!
All tubes that need to be coated will get dropped off tomorrow.
Raw exhausts will ship later this week.

17th Batch...
I will be ordering materials later this week.

I didn't finish in the 2 weeks I was shooting for. But I'm almost there!
Inner tubes are 80% done.
Outer tubes are 90% done.

The 16th batch is moving along nicely.
Inner tubes are 60% done.
Outer tubes are 10% done.
I am hoping to have everything finished up in about 2 weeks.

5/18/10:

Ok, here is where things are...
Inner tubes are 25% done.
Outer tubes are 10% done.

4/23/10:

• 15th Batch...
  I have all of the tubes back and coated. I am planning to get everything assembled and shipped on Monday.


• 16th Batch...
  The last of the materials has arrived, so fabrication can get going.

4/12/10:

• 15th Batch Fabrication is complete!...finally
  I did get all of the tubes dropped off to be coated. Any exhaust that didn't require coating will ship this week.


• 16th Batch...
  Materials will be ordered this week.

3/18/10:

Progress has been good. Not quite where I wanted to be after last weekend. But I'm still chugging right along.

3/9/10:

Damn, I've got no good reason for a month lapse in updates.
But, I have made some great progress. I am hoping to finish up fabrication in the next 2 weeks or so.

2/8/10:

I have all of the materials and have made some progress on the batch.
I forget how much more work the 05 & 07 exhaust designs are to fabricate. Progress a bit slower than I would like, but I am making progress.

1/28/10:

Not much to really update. Still waiting on some of the materials.
I have got some of the parts fit and tacked, but I need the materials I don't have to move forward. Those parts should arrive very soon.

1/7/10:

15th Batch...
Now that the last spots are filled, let's get things going.
All of the material will be ordered and on it's way by the end of the week.
